- Is the free plan actually free?
- Yes. Three listings, one user, your own address and the full application pipeline, with no card and no expiry. You upgrade when you outgrow three properties, not when a timer runs out.
- What happens to my site if I stop paying?
- It stays online. A cancelled or lapsed subscription drops you back to the free plan rather than switching your website off, and you keep your listings and your applicant history.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Not yet. Every agency gets a subdomain — yourname.loftfolio.com — which is a real, indexable address that search engines treat as your site. Custom domains are not available on any plan today, and we would rather say so than sell one.
- Which countries and currencies do you support?
- Any of them. Prices can be set in any ISO-4217 currency, floor area displays in square metres or square feet, and dates and numbers follow your locale rather than a US default.
- Do I need a developer?
- No. You set your branding and add properties from the dashboard, and the public site updates itself. There is nothing to deploy and nothing to host.
- Can I get my data out?
- Your listings and applications are yours. Email us and we will export them for you — there is no self-service export button yet, and we would rather point you at something that works than at a page that does not exist.
- Who is Loftfolio for?
